La luxación recidivante de rótula es un proceso de elevada incidencia entre las mujeres jóvenes. En este proceso influyen factores anatómicos directos e indirectos dependientes de fémur, tibia y rótula.
Presentamos un caso clínico, tratado a través de una reconstrucción del ligamento patelofemoral medial asociado a transposición de la tuberosidad tibial anterior con resultados excelentes tanto clínica como funcionalmente.
