La patología postraumática de la articulación radiocubital distal es un problema frecuente y de difícil tratamiento, sobre todo en aquellos casos que pasan desapercibidos inicialmente y se cronifican. A continuación, presentamos una paciente con una inestabilidad crónica postraumática de la articulación radiocubital distal tratada quirúrgicamente mediante una técnica de reconstrucción ligamentosa de forma satisfactoria.
